Overview

Lamana wanted an online store that felt like a magazine, not a spreadsheet. We built a content-first ecommerce platform with editorial layouts, lookbooks, and a frictionless checkout.

Approach

Next.js with ISR for product pages that update instantly when inventory changes. CSS Grid drives the editorial layouts. The cart uses optimistic updates so adding and removing feels instant.
